So my son was finishing up his Transition to Kindergarten class this past week. Each day they were celebrating with something special. As they continued their alphabet count down, I thought what better way to remember 'D' than to bring in cupcakes and let them Decorate. I tried something different with the box mix so they tasted more like a bakery. O my goodness they are to die for!!!
Ingredients:
Yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1 1/4 cup milk
1 cup melted butter
So basically from the box reciepe, I switched butter for oil, milk instead of water, and added an egg
I lined cupcake pans with Frozen liners because I had so many left from my daughter's Frozen birthday party that we had last weekend. Baked on 350° for 17 minutes. They were soooo good!!
The recipe made 24 but I brought in 21...we had to try them! Quality control!!
Post in the comments and let me know if you tried it and what you thought.
