This is a family recipe that we love!! I serve it with rice but you can serve with anything really. I recently just tried this with Cheddar cheese slices versus Swiss because my husband isn't a huge fan of it - tastes great either way!!
Ingredients:
Instructions:
- 2 whole chicken breasts, split and skinned
- 2 slices Swiss cheese
- 1can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 can milk
- 1 cup Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
- 1/2 stick butter, melted
Instructions:
- Place breasts in shallow baking dish
- Top each with 1/2 slide of Swiss cheese
- Thin soup with 1/2 can milk and pour over chicken
- Mix stuffing with melted butter
- Spoon over soup
- Bake at 350° for 1 hour
